WHY I LOVE TO TEACH
I love seeing students do things and push themselves in ways they never thought was possible, and in a way that they can laugh and smile about. Movement is a blessing, a challenge, and a way to have fun all in one. From the moments that they can challenge themselves while exercising, they can start to apply that mindset outside the room and make real changes in their life with this new mindset and attitude.
