WHY I LOVE TO TEACH
I love watching students fall in love with yoga – not only with the physical practice, but also realizing it’s emotional benefits, in finding the connection of mind, body and breath. I’m grateful for the ability to create relationships with students, for being able to learn about their needs and to guide practices based on those needs, to help students make changes – breaking unhealthy patterns, physically and mentally, building strength and flexibility, and reducing stress – in a safe, encouraging space.
